EVE OF CNY
Met Dickson in the morning for very last minute shopping, he managed to get a nice top from FCUK! We survived starving the whole morning but halfway into Epic Movie with Azi and Yong Wen, I got gastric pains and felt like vomitting :/ So it was Beef Chilli Cheese Fries and Zinger for me and him respectively after the movie! Met up with Clovie, Denise and Ee Shan for awhile before heading over to my Gramps' for reunion dinner.
Dinner was made up of goodfood and goodcompany- think steamboat and relatives I've not seen for nearly a year! Chaozhouyuyans are my favourite (: I happily forgot to put the battery into my camera after charging it the night before so I was in a sense, camera-less! But I still had lots of fun taking photos and videos with my younger cousins using their phones as well as playing endless rounds of Cluedo together :D After everybody went home, I watched a bit of a movie starring Louis Koo before turning in.
DAY OF CNY
Missed some of my cousins because I woke up pretty late, damn! Ate red mianxian that we always have on Chu Yi, then left by myself to visit my maternal relatives back at Bukit Merah (dropped by home to get batteries). Next stop was Uncle's relatives at Toa Payoh with my family (in a way I made a big detour because I was at Toa Payoh in the morning). Ate to my heart's content there and headed back to Gramps' with my family for a proper visit. All in all, it was an ANGPOW OVERLOAD day so hurray!
Can't wait to see favourite friends and the rest tomorrow! Have a good Lunar New Year dears ♥
